All of us at Bluemaxx Racing are religious about where we eat. We are always looking for the best driving roads and the most remarkable local eateries on our way to the track. We absolutely love a great meal at a great place with great atmosphere. These types of places are usually found off major highways, in small towns and city neighborhoods. In other words, we do not care to stop at just any franchised fast food joint. We want REAL cooks, bakers, pit masters and sandwich makers. These are America's real culinary folk artists and they should NEVER DIE!
